Villa Lucio welcomes you to La Londe les Maures in a spacious 140 m² home for up to 6 guests. There are 3 bedrooms: a master suite with a double bed and private bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third bedroom with two single beds. The villa features 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning is available in the living room, along with Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, fan, washing machine, baby cot, and high chair for families with young children. Enjoy your private outdoor pool with a beach area. The elevated villa offers panoramic views of the sea and the Porquerolles Islands from your private terraces, both covered and open. A large shaded dining terrace lets you enjoy meals outdoors with your private barbecue. Parking includes 2 spaces on the property and shared spaces on the street. Pets are welcome. Events are not permitted. The villa is close to the Valcros International Golf Course and offers step-free indoor access. Please note, a separate apartment on the lower part of the villa is occupied year-round, with no direct view into your accommodation. Bed linens and towels are not provided but can be rented on request and are available for an extra fee.

Pleasant, very well-equipped kitchen opening onto a large terrace with a view of the Port. TAMARIS beach and ARGENTIERE beach are less than 5 minutes' walk away. The launching for boats and nautical devices is 2 minutes walk from the villa. The marina of La Londe les Maures, right next to it, pier for the Golden Islands (Ile de Porquerolles, Ile de Port-Cros, Iles du Levant). Many festivities and animations are proposed on the port and on the Argentière Beach (Jazz Festival, craft evenings, Ball ...)
